Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through europebalcony.com or email email@example.com are subject to these terms and conditions. In all booking situations, the person making the booking is accepting these conditions on behalf of the person or persons named in the booking. No variation of these Terms & Conditions shall be of effect unless made in writing by Europe Balcony (RNAAT 249/2019).
Bookings are only valid if made within 24 hours prior to the tour or transfer. Bookings can be made via calendar in website, email through firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone through the number +351 912495005. Your reservation booking will be confirmed via email@example.com after
Prices quoted include taxes and all vehicle expenses such as gas and tolls unless we advise otherwise. They do not include entrance fees, lodging, meals, drinks, wine tastings, gratuity, visa/baggage fees or any items of a personal nature. All prices quoted are subject to availability and can change up until to final payment is received. Prices may vary depending on modifications to your packages.
Cash payments can be paid on the day of tour at the beginning.
Upon reservation, a 50% downpayment is required. The rest due, 30 days prior to the tour or transfer.
We accept credit/debit card payments through our secure credit card account with a request sent via email to use your credit/debit card. Please note we have a 5% management fee.
All group bookings must be paid more than 30 days prior to inicial tour date.
We understand plans can change and therefore we allow schedule changes and cancellations without penalty up to 30 days prior to commencement.
Cancellations must be sent to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to change or modify a tour/transfer, Europe Balcony will attempt to honor your request without penalty based on availability. However, should your request fall within the 30-day prior to tour or transfer commencement window and newly selected dates are not available deposit forfeiture may apply.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.
No shows forfeit all paid amounts.
If your cancelation falls in the 30 day period before the tour, a 50% penalty will apply.
If your cancelation falls in the 15 day period before the tour, a 100% penalty will apply.
In the event of a cancellation 30-days prior to tour, client deposit will be refunded. Refunds may take 5 days to post from the written notice of cancellation.
In the event Europe Balcony needs to make changes to the confirmed booking, these changes will be communicated to the client with the option to: accept the modifications, choose a new date, if relevant, or cancel the reservation. Cancellation of confirmed bookings under these conditions does not carry a penalty.
Europe Balcony reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute any service or tour you have booked via europebalcony.com at any time, for any reason.
Europe Balcony shall not be responsible for injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing service or interaction during the tours.
Europe Balcony accepts no responsibility for illness, health hazard, machinery breakdowns, government restrains, weather conditions, defects in vehicles of transportation or any misadventure, casualty or other causes beyond our/ their control.
Luggage, bags and personal effects are the responsibility of the client. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Tours will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for “latecomers”.
Some tours are subject to supplier availability at the time of booking, therefore we reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary due to accommodate necessary substitutions. The client shall be notified in writing of any changes made to an itinerary.
We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators.
Tour arrangements are intended for persons of reasonably good health and without physical disabilities which would create a hazard either for the passenger or other passengers. Europe Balcony, reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person as a tour participant should such person’s health or mental condition impede the operation of the tour.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, monuments, restaurants, wineries or any other indoor buildings.
