Évora medieval town, cork factory & wine tasting
Your Évora private tour travels into the interior Alentejo where cork oak forests stretch before you. You will experience how the cork is harvested, processed, & transformed into goods sold & used throughout the world.
We then continue on to a premium wine tasting and lunch served in one of the region’s exceptional wineries.
Following lunch we will enter the fortified walls of Évora where medieval churches reside next to ancient roman sites. Here charming streets wind through this UNESCO World Heritage city. Not to be missed is temple of Diana and the Bones Chapel.
